better b good
rebranding + identity

better b good was founded in 2012 by two Austrian girls that wanted to make a difference in fashion. So they created a brand that focused on garments that where purely good: ecologically and socially speaking. For 3 years they designed, produced and sold all sorts of shirts, hoodies, long-sleeves made out of fair trade materials for him and her.

Although the online sales and fairs went well they figured after 3 years, that they had reached a point of stasis. Together we set out to reposition the brand holistically. After research and customer surveys it became clear, that the market for female fare trade clothes was quite saturated whilst the market for the gentlemen was quite under represented.

The solution was to focus on essentials for men only. Straight forward, very clear and without any chichi – product wise, design wise and communication wise.
Next to the rebranding we set out to work with real people as brand ambassadors. Through that, customers were able to shop by the ambassadors style or by straight forward filters and categories.
